I think that the downpipes are different. I don't no if the 1.4 has the lower subframe were as the 1.6 does. But apart from that as far as I no it should. Sorry if don't help ya mate. |

im sure they r the same size but different shape due to 1 being 16v and 1 being 8v plus i would think the backbox is the same just the centre section different
