Looking at buying a new front bumper from a guy on FT.com. its got the line smoothed off and enlarged opening obviously for a cooler. so was thinking is there anyway to clean up my manky rad so it doesnt look dirty behind the big opening lol

Spraying it will fuck up its heat transfer properties, which isnt a good thing.

Only very slightly, providing that you don't plaster it on, just a light coating.

Don't forget the likes of APS Powder coat there Intercoolers and alot of the big power Subaru's run them.

New one will only stay shiney a few months/weeks then go as your other has. Will also depend on the core construction, if its ali or copper etc.

Why not get some uber fine mesh, cut to the rad size and tie wrap in place, easier to keep clean and also protects the rad fins from stones, bugs etc!
