I dont know much about turbos in general so just a few questions, will a t3 turbo mount onto a t2 manifold and vis versa.. im pretty sure you cant but ive not come across them so i wouldnt no. how much boost do they both run standard? |

The 2 turbos actually face different directions, not sure on boost, but you have to consider smaller turbos are quicker to spool. |

the manifolds would be different from my understanding. Each turbo would run whatever boost you want them to run, and they'll give different readings on the same PSI, it will probably more come down to what you're engine can take. the technical details of the turbo you're looking at will usually give a good indication of what it's maximum potential is. I'm sure someone can confirm this, I'm a turbo n00b too! |
