Just making up a little shopping list of parts i need for the 2.0 conversion to my base spec 1.1 and i need to know if i need anything else.

- zetec 16v engine loom
- 2.0 S2 silvertop
- Desk, Dewy Or Deep ECU
- FSI Sump and pick up
- FSI exhaust mani
- FSI water pump (Gonna get a brand new one)
- FSI alternator and bracket
- FSI/HO inlet manifold
- 2.0 Throttle body
- FSI oil pump (Gonna get a brand new one)
- FSI flywheel
- FSI starter motor

Anything else that i need that i forgot please tell me lol plus would anybody reccommend replacing any other parts brand new?

Radiator and water hose.

I would keep an eye out for a cheap Si thats failed it mot or something with a good engine. This way you could rob all the bits you need from it as you will also need a gearbox i guess.

Do you have an injection tank in yours or are you on a carb?

Sounds like youve got most things covered.

You could use your current box if you dont source a 1.6 or 1.8 box

If you have an injection tank already, just fit a FSI fuel pump in it.
If not injection then you prob have to add fuel line too

Cheers guys yeah its on injection so just needs the fuel pump from the si. pretty much all the bits can be be bought from the bay also a mate of mine works in ford parts department so can get some brand new stuff from him. also need zetec mounts will they bolt straight on or will extra holes need drilling?

should just bolt straight on if its a mk3.5 as the holes are already in the chassic but i may be wrong
