has anybody ever put one in there fiesta ? found one goin cheap but is hard to fit or straight fit like 2.0 zetec ? cheers guys |

it has been done but not sure if on ere or not personaly i wouldnt bother as the engine is hard to tune unlike the zetecs on a zetec its fairly easy to squeeze 150 out but as the rs lump comes wih 150 the most you will see is 160 with standard inlet etc zetec ftw imo

I can imagine it being very hard as its a completely different engine to the zetec. You might aswel go for the st170 engine if you dont mind a bit of work as its probably easier and better engine with 170bhp to get you going. |

its a good engine, torquey and it has been done. the main downside is due to the weight of the bugger  it can affect handling  i nearly brought an xr2i with an rs2000 lump which was timed at 0-60 6.5 secs
