What exhaust mounts/hangers do you guys use (running aftermarket cat-back systems)??? I upgraded the two on my rear box a few years ago and they look like this.... ![]() Can't remeber the manufacturer of them... Anyway, yesterday I decided they may be looking a little tired and I attempted to fit some Flo-Flex 'universal fitment for all Fords' ones e.g. After hours of fighting and with the help of a crowbar I eventually got 1 fitted (nearest tailpipe)... unfortunately, my exhaust was now touching my rear bumper and it vibrated like mad!! ![]() So I had to remove it today (thanks to a kitchen knife) and refit the old one which I didn't cut thank fu ck. Anyway, back to my question, what do you guys use for hangers? Can you find/get any in the shape of mine in picture above? Or are they all this crap universal mount design? Thanks!! |

I have the standard ford one on the rear, because i had the same problem you had, and for the mid section i have one of those poly ones to stop my exhaust rattling against the underside of the car on bumps. They are a bastard to fit though! |

my mate says you can just bend the brackets along the exhaust but is much easier on a ramp at a garage to get it right |
