doing a 2.0 conversion on my si, which clutch would people recomend to be best?

i dont want to spend silly money but i need one that will take a bit of abuse.

a few of us on here have used black diamond clutches and theyve been ok, some have used them and theyve been shite

I am one of the black diamonds crew, and my 2.0 was pushing a bit more power and I never had a problem. From memory the price was very good too

rs turbo clutches will fit
im not sure but you may be able to fit a fiesta st clutch 220mm

isn't the rst clutch the same as the si's?

Mine was labelled for the RS turbo.

thanks guys, thats given me something to think about.

so basically if your 2.0 is standard 136bhp then a standard clutch should be ok as they are the same as th rst clutch which supports the 130bhp an rst has.

Always used standard clutches on mine, and never had any problems.

If you want to be mad and launch it like a tit at the lights, go buy an RST paddle clutch otherwise you'll rip a standard one to bits in no time
