Do you have to change over the master cylinders or anything so the pipe work lines up or anything? or any other mods you have to do? cheers ![]() |

arm at the back needs shortening by 19mm iirc. mk6 cylinder wont fit a mk3 servo. you have to swap the lot. youll have to adjust the holes in the bracket with a drill to 10 or 11mm. and the brake pipes when i did mine way back when i just gingerly teased them into shape ![]() HTH Jam. |

cut the fork off directly behind it where it joins onto the rod. cut 18mm off..file the other 1mm down so its nice and level. the tricky bit is welding it back on. namely because you need to keep the heat soak to a minimum. we used 2 pairs of mole grips and alot of damp cloth to soak the heat out of the rod..only for if it travels to far in it will bugger the servo. to be honest. the mondeo cylinder looks an easier conversion as apposed to this as there is no cutting or buggering about.
