Can someone tell me the proper name for this splitter and the best place to source one? What sort of price do they go for?

And would that work with a 60mm Drop? I'm thinking it might, but speed bumps would be a problem big time.

Also trying to find suspension kits for the Si to compare prices/brands if anyone knows anywhere. When the time comes ill ask the blacksheep team, just thinking of looking around for general prices and stuff.

Getting myself all prepped up for the new car in a couple months :thumbsup:

its good your getting a si again, what made you change your mind from the 106?
Iv always known them splitters to be referred to as a cosworth splitter as its whats on the escort and they dont make them anymore. On ebay they can go for a fair bit but im sure someone on here is selling one for £75 with si bumper already bolted together.

Lol the 106 was literally a stop gap. Its the worst looking car, and the slowest most boring car ever. I just really needed a car like that week and was forced to buy it due to it being cheap. Just about to start a new job and if i get the hours I was told yesterday I should be able to save and get myself off to a festival this summer and have a Si by August. But then thats all talk really as usually money never goes to plan.

I've had a look on Ebay Could only find one but the picture was rubbish so i Dunno whether it was the right one or not.

Thats the one, At least I know what to look out for.

Now I need to know about the Suspension and whether that splitter will die with a 50/60mm drop. although for the cost of Springs and Shocks im tempted to go for second hand coillies as people are selling at £250 mainly

They look so good, why would they stop making them :lolz: So annoying, I wouldn't really have the space for the bumper as well, that'd just get chucked or something lol Grrr. Makes the car look so much better, I have an image of what I want my Si to look like and it needs that splitter! :insanity:
