my fiesta si has currently got m3 mirrors on which i like but iv been considering putting the standard mk 3.5 on, opinions please

I really liked my M3 Mirrors  But it depends on the look of your car, they suited mine awesomly, I think mine would have looked dull with standards. and they start black so you'd have to colourcode yourself. |

check my thread and see what you think, i pulled some 3.5 mirrors off but realised one was broke abit so i left them, will mk6 escort or mondeo ones fit? the base plate seems a little different but the rest the same. |

Personally think your car looks good with M3's. But seeing as everyone likes the cars to be standard then there all going to nudge you in that direction. Its the little things that make a car and I think the M3s are a nice subtle mod. In the end its your car, so your decision |

I would say mk3.5 colour coded (not base plates though??) never liked m3 ones or dtm for that matter

m3 is tacky n shud only be on m3's atleast keep it ford escort gti mirrors are nice and solid and come in loads of colors end of day its upto u but enthusiats will always think ur some chav racer with m3 mirrors |

yeah they shud do maybe abit of moddin but its all bout the lil subtle touches init best way is to get some cheap en's from srappy n jus trial n error doin this mite take ages or it mite not lol n i bet most folk wunt even kno giv it a try its wot ownin a fun ford is about |

and parts for most models around same year can be easily changed i.e. brakes, seats, dash, engines.............u name it, it can probably be done lol i love a fun fast ford n dont fink il ever drive anythin else im jus avin to much fun lol

I don't think M3 mirrors look that "boy racey" though, they look smooth and go with the car seeing as its round as well. DTMs I agree are horrible. But then again, we all like different things i spose. |
