heres one way, im personally trying to work out a way to fit it to the actual bumper using brackets and rivets!!

mine is just held on with self tapping screws into the bottom of the orignal bumper

self tapping screws into the bottom lip of the bumper, ok if you have two parallel pieces to screw together, could use U nut panel clips to make more secure
