On the 2.0 conversion I was wondering can you use the mondeo exhaust manifold then rs 1800 down pipe and rest of the system,
to make it sightly less restrictive or will it not fit, or even be worth doing?

dont know if the mondeo will match up with the fiesta downpipe, would think be better with the RS1800 manifold and system, i orignaly just had the 1600 manifold, cat and system on my 2 litre and was ok for 122bhp, later changed to piper cone filter, ashley 4-2-1 manifold/decat went up to 139bhp. |

why dont you just get an escort manifold? without the egr system? |

the mondeo manifold is angled the otherway so the downpipe goes the other way round the sump..thats why you change it so the step is in the right place for a fiesta..and use a fiesta or escort manifold..if your that worried about restriction then get yourself an ashley and weld a cat into it. |
