depends what wheels if there ford fitment you can usually get away with a 60mm drop on 195/45/15 as there the right offset but with multifit there usually the wrong offset like mine were and scrub like a bitch |

Mine is lowered 40mm all round on spax shocks and springs with escort gti alloys running 195/50/15 tyres, and i used to have 195/45/15 tyres on my old alloys and i get the smallest amount of rub on the inner arches on full lock, as said, depends on the offset of the wheels, if its not far from not rubbing, put small spacers in there ![]() |

my 2 litre is 60mm but being 60mm it knocks out the wishbones as the camber would be out and you will go through tyres. my runabout is 40mm on 14''si alloys and handles fine and only has minor light rubbing and tyres wear normally |
