S brace which basically bolts to the wishbone carriers. I suppose it adds strength? And it also doubles as a hanger for CAT's.

RS Turbo has one of these but without the hangers.

so will it make the chassis a bit stiffer then? and possibly improve handling?

But ive never noticed any improvement, as i ran with and without it

mine does catch a bit but dont think the 2.0 in front helps when parked on kerds always catches it
