i got a piperX filter, ashley full system with 4-2-1 manifold and decat goes quite a bit better but like every1 will tell u they aint very tuneable. although mine will stick with my mate pretty fast saxo vtr up to 3rd and i can stay with 1.4 16v pumas and some crap zetec s`s. ill be puttin an Rs turbo inlet on soon ill let u know how it goes then. get a cone filter or panel filter on it to start off with mate. the throttle response will improve greatly. |

fcuk that, too much messing about with the engine mounts, far easier to throw an rst lump in it!! |

Still better than sticking with the 1.4 if you want to beat the chavs in the corsas... |

True, but to even get 1.6 performance you may as well get a new engine by the time your wallet is sucked dry. |

pmsl, dude you could fit pretty much any engine you want as long as it physically fits in the gap but it aint going to be "straightforward" lambo fiesta anyone ![]() |

its no more difficult than any other swap putting a 2.0 in a 1.4..aside from one mount which i wouldnt call an epic amount of work... the rest of the parts for the conversion come from a standard car. its just collecting the bits rather than swapping them. |

My general Fiesta rule of thumb here is:- 1.0, 1.1, 1.3 -- upgrade to any engine you like 1.4 - FRST engine 1.6 (cvh) - FRST engine 1.6(zetec) - 2.0 zetec 1.8d - 1.8td it ![]() not that it matters cause all it is, is swapping of mounts and some wiring in all cases! |
