ok when mine was put on by a professional, he told me easiest way to do them is:
1.Trial Fit
2.make any cutting requirements
3.check if you have some where to secure them, in my case inside the arch there was room for screws, and use drill to make nessecary holes in the skirts and wheel archs, same on what you have bought.
4.Paint the skirts, laquer etc
5.Once fully dry and hardened, apply mastics or tiger seal and bond to the orginal archs
6. screw the insides to ensure a tight fit.
Stand back and jaw drop
Althought this may have worked on mine, this is due to mine not been the original ford items and been brand new replica's, you obviously depending on which you have bought may be in an easier situation.
