does the FRST engine and box plus loom fit in the 1.4 cvh shell design?

Yep, the Turbo lump is a cvh like the 1.4 so it will drop in :)

Engine, turbo etc, loom, gearbox pref, ecu

will bolt in, just need the turbo engine loom and ecu

gearbox of a FRST will bolt in, ideally an ERST box with LSD would help
