ha haaaa found the post right to get it to a good finish buz or rub down the area so all the paint is off it if its got a hole block it up from the back,
weld (if its metal) or plastic weld a plate behind (if its plastic) fill with fibreglass (plastic) or body filler (metal) if you can over lap the filler to the surrounding area it ul be better,
rub down with finner papers as you get closer to the plastic or metal as you get closer go over the original paint in very fine paper (feathering) around the filled hole,
on plastic finish off with body filler p38 i think its called to get it baby smooth,
spray it let it dry rub the paint down in fine paper or wet and dry paper is best (paint should high light any imperfections) if all is ok then let it dry and spray in primer and see how it comes out

edit;
just seen the first picture you may need to prime it with thick primer spray as you've used body filler it may come back to haunt you though if the reflector panel gets hot
