Anyone know any good websites that have performance parts for a fiesta?
And anyone recommend some decent makes for parts cheers

What do you want to do? It looks like you've got a 1.4 Si.

I'd buy new dampers from Ford, new bushes in the suspension. Source a S2 Escort Turbo gearbox, give it a once over and stick that in it. Maybe look at some slightly wider wheels and invest in some damn good tyres. Pick up some Mintex 1144 brake pads and some discs. Once you've done that you'll be stopping better, without brake fade and you'll be coming in and out of the corners quicker. Then I'd learn to drive properly and you'll be surprising yourself and maybe others.

Sadly you won't be able to get any power out of the engine so I wouldn't worry about it. I'd drop a couple of sizes from the 17"s as they'll ruin your acceleration and handling. A 15" wheel would do a much better job and still be wider than the standard width wheels. What Toyos do you have on it?

I'd pick the gearbox with the LSD over the 2.0 for now. You'll be getting more power down out of the corners than a 2.0 ever could with an open diff. Then once you're ready (if you chose eventually) to put the 2.0 in, you'll have the rest of the car to deal with the bit of extra poke in it.

For the brake parts I mentioned any motor factor should be able to get you some Mintex stuff in. I paid around £50 for my pads and about £40 for the discs. Either compound of 1144 or 1155 would do for tooling around on the road.

The cold air feed is a little pointless to be honest. You're better sticking with the standard airbox on it. It's more than up to the job.

as scott said really as 17 inch wheels are to big for the chassis the handling will be affected

proxy t5s 205/40 I bought them because try were going cheap. And they looked Cool enough but if there going to be that bad for it then after I've done the other bits I want to do (new exhaust system on the way, possibly a body kit, and I'm going to create my
Own boot layout) I'll look into some different 15" ones then I don't particularly like the heigt the 17"s have made it anyway. I'll definately get the brakes (mine seem knackered as it is so tat advice is much appreciated) and depending on how soon I dump a 2.0 in will determine whether or not to get a better gearbox,
As for the fogs I'm doing the cold air feeds to make it look better mainly, because my fog ring is missing and my light screws are broke so it's being held on by yellow and black warning tape lol which isn't doing me justice on style. I've already stuck a performace air
Filter on it, makes the engine sound real nice between 3000+ rpm and I've noticed it's generally a bit more responsive,

i got piperX and de-cat. made a bit of a difference.

i just have more fun round corners thou 4 now.got spax 40mm springs and polyrace arb bushes and it handles good. need good tyres thou.

I've just read on fiesta turbo that the wheels are the right size for 17"s, just need to do a bit of arch work espeically when I lower it 50mm, but tyres are goooood.
Just thought I'd mention, and maybe bump this thread into action.
