		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />hi my 2 litter silver top si is off the road with a terminal problem with the engine so will need to be fixed or replaced.<br />but 2 weeks ago my m8 had a stupid old bad rubber necking plow straight thruw his rear end.<br /><br />so i was thinking of robbing the engine from it i know he will sell it to me cheap.<br />so i just wont to gather some info on doing this.<br /><br />does any 1 have any info or know any 1 with a black top in on the site.<br /><br />i know i will have to modify 1 of the mounts.<br /><br />but would i have to use the wiring loom and ecu etc.<br />or could i run it on my dewy ecu and loom i have it now.<br /><br />any 1 know <img src="./images/smilies/hmm.gif" alt=":hmm:" title="Hmm" />

		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />I can't see why it won't run on the silvertop 2.0ltr ecu, as its basically the same engine!, maybe have to swap the sensors over tho.<br /><br />Fitting wise, unsure, probably a few different mounts, but its been done easy enough.

Im going to be using megasquirt i think, but i cant see why you cant use original loom and sensors, as paul says it practically the same engine.
