the escort rear beam wont fit the fezy coz the brackets are too far apart, but u could do it if ur willing to chop the chassis apart coz theres 1/2" differents in the brackets  and ull have to make space on the bottem ov the sills where the beam "hinges" 
oh yes if u do do this then dont forget a structural engineers report when u have finnished it
