well i want the cam cover blue whats the best way to paint it do i remove it ? and how to clean it
will halfords high temp paint do?

Yea remove it, get any stickers off, and remove any rust, clean it with de-greaser, get it bone dry then paint it. Halfords paint would work, or the old trusty hammerite will do the job!

thanks but today i maganges to losen my cam belt and lost the placement so i need to realogn it iv got a hynes manual that show how to do it well any one know how to hand crank a engine coz i carn to it when can i ect
