Hi, I fitted a 2.0L TB to my 1.6 Si yesterday, and have a couple of Q'z: - Will it be ok with the 2.0L sensor (plug on the side) on or is it best to change it for the one off the 1.6? (im not even sure what this sensor does as the MAF is attached near the air filter of course). - And have also heard that u need to drive it for 20 or so miles after and the ECU will slighty adjust to running on a different TB. . . fact or fiction? not sure on which sensor to use as mine ran with a 1.6 sensor and a 2.0 sensor, i'd fit the 1.6 one just in case, the sensor is your TPS( throttle position sensor  )that might be fact, but to fully let it learn the fueling i think it needs to have the battery disconnected for a few hrs |

Use the 1.6 TPS and the 1.6 MAF, will run like a bag of balls on the 2.0l MAF!

Doubt there is any point in fitting any larger parts on the 1.6 zetec. So to save it running like a sack.. I wouldnt bother apart from different filter and exhaust. |

Fair enough Might slap the bigger 2.0ltr stuff on my RS1800 inlet
