I think your going to have oil pissing out everywhere cos u didnt change the cam cover gasket. 
Other than that it looks ok. |

i'm not too keen, its a bit hammer finish. prefer the smooth look, black by all means, just a bit smoother what you use on powersteering rail? looks shiny. JJ |

JJ Its not quite like the pictures to be honest. It was still a little wet and I had a flash. I used matt black as like you prefer than style. Waiting for a new stainless water rail to be made by a mate, thats why I just slapped some paint on. Is the power steering pipe the one by the cam belt cover? If so I used peek polish. Spray a bit on a rag, then give it some elbow grease 
I dont know why its got a zetec cover but they do look

Si's came with them covers, its a series 2 zetec e. Series 1 had a problem with sticky valves and the series 2 was supposed to have cured that.. whether it did or not I don't know.. All I know is i've seen more series 2 go pop than series 1. |
