Are petrol addatives worht using and do they actually make a difference?
Yes, a big difference. 20%  20%  [ 1 ]

I used Redex on my Rallye, but never used it on the Fiesta! :)

When you additives to clear the system what exactly do you mean


things like redex ?

petrol engines only ? or diesel aswell


ive used redex in a couple of appications to find it ( after having the injectors tested ) then it made about 2% of bugger all differnce lol


as for diesels. i am currently using millers sport something or other. i get about 4mpg more than without it, the car revs free'er and i get less smoke.. . so win win on that front !

petrols, dosent make much difference i've found.

like said though its a total different story with diesels. helps no end
