does any 1 know of a place that would do head work (ie port n polish) and engine work (ie lightning n balancing) in the nottingham area. also does any1 know wot sort of price this work would cost cuz i might aswell do it b4 engine goes in the car thanks . |

if u can post it i can port it also a m8 well lighten and balence crank rods flywheel bottom pully and clutch for about 150 and really works mine revs much free'er and picks up wicked to other 2.0's |

a good friend he does all 750motor club race engines his name is rowland engineering and he is in woking surry and i have ported a few vr6 heads with great results also my own 2.0 zetec head |

hi mate i may be interested in this aswell mate! im in surrey so is there possibility that i can get in contact with your mate if i want work doin as i work in garage myself nd maybe could point few of mates in his direction too ! does he do head skimmin nd pressure tests aswell? |

yea he does all head ork ect aswell inc skims and pressure testing but head work (porting) is very labour intensive so is costly also he only does race stuff but helps me out as work for automotive solutions motorsport of binfield so he helps us out not sure if he does others but ill ask ok |

Assuming this is a zetec, I wouldn't bother doing any head mods unless you intend to go throttle bodies or turbo. |
