also, aren't fines getting strong for "decatted" cars which are meant to be catalysed, there are emission zone cameras up on the end of the m3/start of A316 on the way to college. Apparantly they can road side emission test cars in these areas now? |

If you had just a hollowed out cat put on, and you failed an emmisions when you were pulled up, could you not say you believed it had a working cat on it, must of been the previous owner that changed it? Or will they not care? |
