Hello Can anyone point me towards a guide to adding central locking to my Si, if not has anybody done it, and can post a guide... I plan to add a remote locking alarm but have standard locks atm. Cheers |

You need the wiring loom from another mk3.5 (si) that unclips under the dash which goes to the doors, and the central locking motors with the inner door loom, easy peasy |

Universal kits dont generally work with fords, because the handles push in and out instead of a popper bit on the top

The loom should be alright, but i don't think the locking motors will fit. I found the cable to the interior door pull from the latch is too short. could perhaps be modified though. |

Loom will fit, just cut off the back door bits and terminate the ends. Thats what i did with mine. Motors/locks will fit, you just need to put the interior handle cable from 3 door in place of the 5 door one as its to short. |
