How do you fit them, I mean what has to be altered to stick them on? I may be tempted in the future if they will deck fit.

All that needs modifying is the mounting holes on the hubs for the calipers, which i think is the same with the ST150 setup. You just have to bore it out with a file about 2mm bigger, then it's a direct bolt on

Although i'm not certainly sure, i beleive the ST150 calipers use the same bolts as the MK3 Mondeo, so therefore the same modificaton is required to make them fit a MK3 Fiesta

st150 brakes are a direct fit
and
st170 you have to drill the hub to 12mm as fiesta hub is 10mm

Ive recently put MK1 mondeo v6 brakes (same as the early mk2 st's) and for what they cost me (about £100 with new pads, big red seal kit and powder coating) you don't rele get much more stopping power for as little money, only thing you have to do it have 3mm spacers made for in between the disc and the hub (or use cosworth discs) and drill the 10mm hole out to a 12mm hole, brake lines fit the same aswel

is that as in Bigg Red Brake caliper and seal specialists?
