So with the White Fiesta. Its says a cosworth Splitter AND a Laguna splitter.. How does that work?

And how much were those splitters new Tango? What price should I try and get one at ish..

iirc they were about 100 quid new...unless its buggered it will probs go for around 70 quid...even needing repair they go for about 50 odd.

not sure if they were £100 or £150 new.... average price seems to be around £70 second hand now..

as for having both splitters, the laguna one fits nicely underneath the cossie bib but when the car is lowered it will be a proper bitch with speed bumps and you would be using it as a plough in the snow, lol

Ah right, well the one that Jam has is enough, as long as thats the only one I need to make it look like a mean machine. Ill take it! it'll just be finding one at the time and finding a good price! Lol

EDIT - I SEE! I've just looked at the white car and theres a black splitter underneath. Couldn't see it before thats whats been so confusing.

Can someone just tell me something. It's bugging me, had a quick look online and can't find exactly what I want to know.

Coilovers. You get them put on and there adjustable with weight/height. But say you slams it.. How? How do you get to the adjustment bit, do you have to jack the car up? I'm just thinking if you do that you can't really tell hen your at the right height.. Lol I'm guessing it's a bugger to change them?

Yeah but that's where I was thinking once it gets too low.. Your arm would be in the way? Lol

Was also thinking about insurance. Don't know if gets take to kidly to coilovers? But I reckon second hand £200-250 they'd be slot cheaper than maintaning springs with standard shocks, bushes etc. :l

ride height is adjusted by a collar with a special spanner...renowned for siezing on some brands of coilovers. and the damping is usually adjusted either from the top or the bottom...depends on the manufacturer..theres no gain to be had ine less maintenence if anything youd end up with the same if not a little more depends on your final ride height.

as for insurance speak to them! some take it better than others...so shop around.
