Right then, my brakes need upgrading very soon. Well ok about 2000 miles ago :lol: Anyway.

What discs and pads do people recommend?

Currently i'm trying to decide on wether to:

A: Receive a set of 240mm vented discs, pads and callipers from a forum trader off of his concourse RS Turbo. Cheapest option

B. Buy a set of Black Diamond 240mm drilled and grooved discs with fast road predator pads. Kind of expensive option.

C. ugrade to ZS brakes. 258mm vented and grooved discs, pads, callipers, carriers, bolts and 3mm spacers that are needed to fit under my 14"s. I would love this option but it just costs too much at the minute sadly..

I really don't know what to do - does anyone have any ideas or thoughts? If someone can recommend something that's as cheap as possible that would be great, but at the end of the day i want an upgrade from my standard 240's and pads as it just does not feel safe enough whenever i decide to push it.

These discs with the above pads should be rocking.

I'm continuing to look though.. I'll update this thread with pictures of my new brakes in a couple of days on whatever i decide... :)

I think with new tyres, springs and omp strut braces allround should all in all help braking as well.
