in short, not really. the 1.6 zetec engines are not very tunable, you'd be much better off saving the cash towards dropping in a 2.0 zetec engine, which can be tuned easier :)

Nitrous Oxide is about the only thing you could bolt onto that engine where'd you actually notice the performance increase!

this isnt the site i was thinking of but gives general gist of what i was trying to say.

Take whats there with a pinch of salt as alot of it is opinion. Generally speaking you can tune any engine to what ever you want within reason if you have the money or the know how and do it yourself which costs just bits and swearing.

The late eighties early nineties the government had a choice of whether to allow lean burn engines or make cats compulsery.
the reason carbs arent used on normal car now is at idle most will pass the mot emissions but when you rev them to 2500 to 3000 instead of being less then .2% co they are at 8% or 9%.

daft question, has anyone got one of these throttle bodies for a fiesta si from here?
