ok cheers anyway i dont think the gir manifold will fit in the fiesta because the gti has a diffrent sump part of it is like cut out i think to give rooom for the manifold o well.

but what is the best manifold and what the best thing to do before its fitted er like matty said the hart reflective tape?what about ceramic coating?
other types of insulating tape?
is the the right stuff ?
