I wasnt going to tint my front windows too much.
But would it look stupid if i tinted the back ones really dark and then put a light tint on the front ones??

It's something I'd consider to keep the car cooler and preserve the leather a bit better. I'd always have it done properly. Just a light tint all around rather than anything drastic. I'd prob get away with it too with having a standard car, I don't draw attention where as the Police might get fussy with a modded car.

You could always go to the police and ask them to test a bit of the film held onto one of your windows. They might tell you to sling your hook, then again they might not. Need to catch them on a good day.
Helps to have friends who are in the police

The worst they will do is tell you to remove it and give you a 'producer' warning.
Turn up at a police station so many days after the offence and show evidence that you have removed the offending item from your car along with all your documents showing that your insurance is valid blah blah blah.
