With the dvla you will have to phone them up, not sure what the number is but google can tell you that, tell them its getting an engine change. Then they will send you forms ect and you then have to get a garage reciept/invoice for the engine change, send it all off and its done.
As for insurance, when thats done, tell them and they will sort it out, they might just list it under a modification, but, when the dvla have approved it and you get the log book back saying it has a 2.0 engine the insurance company will be able to see that on their system so they can amend the price from there.
