bsically guys ive recieved my inlet today but looks bt under the weather so wanted to send it to local platers to be either plated or polishshed but for the process they must acid strip it , would this affect inside of the inlet ??
also if they plate it its done by dipping in a plating agent would this also affect the inside of the inlet manifold ???

silly questions today sorry

aslong as theres no moving parts on it at all, you will be fine, and when fitting back to the throttle body and injector spacer make sure the gasket faces are clean
