i want to spray my steel wheels satin black as they are a little rusty but i dont want to use normal laquer as it will make them shiney. but if i dont put any protection on the paint then brake dust and stuff will ruin the finish.

i think that you can get a gloss black. dont think its as shiny as if you sprayed it wit lacqyer but still got a shine to it and not that hard to keep on top with either just make sure you spend at least 5 minutes every couple of days washing them though or yeah the brae dust will get to them though.

mine where shiny black when I painted them. 2 weeks later they weren't shiny no more, if I clean them then they can be again
The break dust quickly dulls any shine unless you wash them daily which is just a chore. If you don't want the shine then its easy.

Cant beat the natural brake dust/dirt look.

Thinkin about sprayin the corsas steelies white until it aquires alloys.
