i see mose of u have 2.0l i take it there from mondeo iv only ever seen one 1.8 tho the engine was the 1.8 130 spec i think from a escort. the 1.8 drops stright in and you dont need to chage a thing but the 2.0l u need to fettle with a bit. in your oppion what differences are there whats the pros and cons. thanks

Interestingly it can be cheaper to insure the 2.0 than the 1.8. A 1.8 they will usually treat like an RS1800 but a 2.0 can end up a group 9 like a mondeo.
The difference is fitting isn't much really so generally just go for the 2.0.
I'd have thought that the issues found on a mondeo 2.0 would be the same as those found on the mondeo 1.8, i;e sump due to exhaust position, oil pum turning opposite way etc.
