My question, i was wondering how hard it is to fit front and rear anti roll bars to a fiesta (mine) which didnt come with them as standard? Mine is of the 3.5 kind too if that helps.
I want to fit front and rears (twin rear too
) and need to know if its simple bolt on job and off you go or not?
I worked out, for the front, i just need the ARB, bushes, brackets and bolts, drop link, then i need to weld on a metal plate to my spax suspension to connect the drop link as mine didnt come with the plate for the drop link
... then that should be simple as that really.
But for the rears, im still a bit confused about how they go on... or more to the point where. My haynes has gone walk about to cant look at that right this second lol.
Obviously, i would need to get the ARB, bushes and brackets + bolts... but the thing is, I know the front has the holes for the bolts already there (im sure lol), but i havent noticed anything on the rear - to be fair, i havent really looked lol.
Has anyone put them onto a car that didnt come with them, if so, how hard, and what is required to do the job? Once i get some helpful info, ill save up, get some, fit them.. and stiffen up the chassis a bit more
I love the look of the twin rear ARB, met ware_10 at the weekend and he showed me his, and it looks mean when you look at it
.. so i want to do it, and give my car that little but more handling advantage
