Hi, i want to lower my car to improve handeling, its got 15inch mondeo alloys on it. i want to lower it to improve handeling rather than just for the looks.

Any suggestions on how much and any recomendations on make etc...

ok ill have a look into them, what sort of height will give good grip but not make it really unconfortable and can get over any speed humps or take passengers

i was thinking around 25-35mm??

Eibachs will be around 25mm/35mm, and offer greater grip, handling and lowered looks. it just improves what you've got, giving you less body roll. Anything more drastic or lower will compromise you on uneven B roads I'd say, as you need some give and take, but that's my opinion.

Shocks, I'd go for something about 30% stiffer, but I think the general Bilstiens for Fiesta's are around 15% when I had mine, but you can get various types.
