i currently have 13 inch wheels on my fiesta mk4
i was wondering if i put 15 inch alloys on my car and i get 40mm lowering springs will it cause big damage to suspension and ride comfort?

Your suspension should handle 40mm no worries.

With 15's on, you'll have lower profile tyres, which will affect the ride quality a tad. The lowering of the car will stiffen it up, so will also affect ride quality a tad. But nothing that you can't put up with and it won't exactly break your back like coilovers would :lol:

Yeah of course, 15's aren't exactly huge, just make sure you get the same rolling diameter with the wheel/tyre combo so your speedo doesn't get thrown out...
