Whilst the above info is very good and well, an LSD changes through its life.
The twist one wheel technique is known not to work on several manufactures, and whist a diff may have an LSD fitted, they can work they're way open through old age, miss use, high miles or most commonly use of wrong oil. (LSDs from some manufactures have been known to be coaxed back to life with numerous oil changes, correct LSD additives, and careful usage)
Short of taking the thing to pieces, there are only two only sure ways of knowing if you have an LSD.
One is to drift it
but this is FWD. boo hoo
If you can't feel the difference or have incorrectly driven wheels, go to a grass verge, stick one wheel on it, and leave the other on the tarmac. Pick the revs up, and dump the clutch........If you move, you got an LSD
