is it possible to raise the suspention on a mk3 fezda.??

Depends why you want to do it and what you have now.

If the car is lowered then chaging the springs with standard or a lessor drop spring would do.

If its for a short time you can get brackets too fit your springs, these are not for fulltime use but may be needed if carrying a heavy load or towing.
