hi i am looking for a better head gasket to fit to my silver top.
i am told that for my level of tune i would be best just fitting a metal head gasket of a black top zetec focus is there truth to this.
and if not wot would be a good option my engine is fairly standard but runs high temps in the small bay but i am taking steps to fix this bonnet spacers /inlets in the bumper etc.

but i am planing track days so would like a better head gaket to keep things safe.

Series 3 zetec use a MLS Head gasket. The Focus RS use's the same gasket (even though its badged up as a Duratec) and theres plenty running well over standard power.

TBH you shouldnt be running such high temps anyway, upgrade cooling system ;)
