would a drilled air box with a panel filter be better than a induction kit

if aint low enough cut the springs sorted

a lot of people say the drilled panel filter gives the biggest performance gain ( not much in it im sure)

but an induction kit gives the roar

it supposed to draw air from ambient air/temperature anyway.. so ramming cold air into it at an increased rate is gona make the ecu add more fuel to compensate and you'll be paying more in fuel cost.

the throttle noise itself is hardly any louder without the airbox on.. so at the end of the day its either there to look good or to make you think the car goes faster

three words, induction, induction, induction,simple as

I'd say panel filter

If you do get an aftermarket panel filter just make sure that when it comes to the service/mot you chuck in the standard one In my case I didn't and they threw away my aftermarket one when they replaced it
