Technically they will sit too far out, I have the opposite and have ford wheels on my saxo and needed to space 22mm (from memory) so for Citreon wheels to go on ford correctly you need to take 22mm off them.

It never went anywhere like that but would have been ok, but not sure if there would be any effects of the wrong offset even if they do fit.
