and Don dont be too upset about it because at the end of the day you're right, age and experience will count towards you getting a decent (well half decent) quote, but you got to take into account location and parking situation and car and... its endless. The no claims bonus has a big effect and now you will start getting it (it tops out at around 5/7 yrs anyway). Just remember that ~£500 isnt that bad a quote compared to some on here getting closer to ~£2500

big question is who have you tried and who else are you going to try? if i'm honest sky were my 2nd best quote and my best wasnt far off that either so just try everyone and anyone you can. Sky, needtoinsure, adrian flux... and mention car owners site membership because that can get you a little discount. gocompare and confused are crap for the customers if my quotes were anything to go by as those 3 i mentioned above all gave quotes 50%+ cheaper than the cheapest on the comparison sites.
