Drives:
Performance:
Book Figures are as follows (Taken from Parkers Guide), 1.4 16v VVT Engine, 0-60 is 9.7 secs, 117Mph top speed and 100bhp Standard.

However its alot quicker than the book says, The engine is stupidly revvy for a 1.4, there's 7k revs on the clock and it revs right up to it! and with the VVT after 4k it just pulls, its shocked alot of cars, its hell of alot quicker than other 1.4 counterparts and alot of 1.6's! it comes down to power to weight as the car is only 910KG with full interior!.

The transmission is brilliant 5 speed extremley short throws.

Comfort and Daily Use:
The interior is excellent with Hugging bucket-esque seats & height adjustment on the steering wheel and seats, as soon as you sit in the drivers seat you will notice the dials, there like something out of a expensive top end car, 2 separate pods, one withe RPM the other with speedo which light up red which also adjustable.

Also has cup holders! ample storage space and doesn't have this cheapy plasticky feel to it being a VAG car

couple of minor flaws are :-
No Glovebox, Yes thats right it has no glovebox but the storage space makes up for that.
Tiny Boot, i mean you can literally fit one suit case in there, ample for me but not a family car lol

Reliability & Running Costs:
It falls into the same Tax bracket as my old mk3 1.1 (£68 6 months and £120ish for 12)
Petrol wise as with any revvy car if your driving it like a loon it will quickly chew it up but if you drive just average then i was doing roughly 39mpg which is not all bad.

So far i have had a suspension problem but i think that was due to wear and tear on the lower suspension arm.

Safety & Security:
Alarm & immobiliser with Remote control locking, total closure on windows (As standard!)

Summary:

Overall, i love it!
I havent seen one on the road since ownership, its quick, sporty looking and perfect for me!

(Pics will be added shortly, in the process of taking some.)
