Today I went to Woodbridge on a "Javalin" track day, and all I can say is....... what a day, it was freezing, pissing down the rain, but such good fun.

I've never done an "airfield" track day but was very impressed.

There was loads of oil (from some helicopter training or something) on some of the regular course so they used a shortened one but was till about a 90second lap, however to compensate there was a "freestyle" course with cone gates layed out over about a mile.

They released one car at a time and you could do what you want on the course, as seeing at it was wet I worked some of my FWD oversteer techniques, great fun, and at one point we were the only car queuing for the course so just stayed on it.

Highly recommended and this venue as well as other airfield circuits with definately be on my calender for next year.
