2:45 home, not bad consider I actually wasn't speeding! Seemed to go down to 170 miles from 210 on the way back.

I hate toll roads. Thats cost me £10 today!!!! Grr. For what??

Spoke to David when I gave him the keys back, and in the shorter days of the year it's £295 for a 10am - 3pm session so even cheaper!

Just wish I had a longer 2nd gear, as I ideally needed an extra 2000rpm for that course. It's given me some ideas of what to sort out next though..

Awesome, good price for the shorter days. Need to get a cool but dry day next time my oil temps have never been so high!

But yeah dude, you just needed that extra bit of rev range, but I was the same, was just out of range for third gear there.

My rev range worked well, as did my oil temps

Chris's car slowly imploding was fun to watch, I don't know why I went for another ride in its later stages,

My oil temps were within their range.. I can deal with 130c normal / 150c peak.. And they were somewhere inbetween there.. Needle didn't go past the 300f mark like on the last track day.. in Winter...

That's pretty much the long and short of it As the day went on, his car got louder, and louder, then when I was out with him on one of the runs, it just went like a spitfire (admittedly a bit of a poorly one)... Exhaust came away at the manifold.

Gotta say though, it does handle pretty well, Chris was loving it going out every few minutes while the rest of us let things cool down
